Do I have to order online? |
|
No, if you are wishing to purchase goods from our collection greater than the value of $1,000, K Concept can facilitate the full order for you online or in person.
K Concept also have consultants which are also able to meet with you at your location or present a private viewing at K Concept's Studio.
For specific orders which require that personal touch K Concept also offer consultants to facilitate and/or manage fit outs for:
- Retail shops
- Restaurants, Bars and Clubs
- Apartments and Hotels
- Offices and;
- Tailored alterations specific to your requires.
NOTE:
1. Private viewing's of is only available at the K Concept's studio in Victoria.
2. If you require a consultant to meet with you in or outside of Victoria special request service is are available upon request. |

If an order is placed or enquired upon, a representative will contact you to inform you of the special conditions. Ordering process |
|
When ever you create a new order it will be sent to K Concept for review and approval at all times. You will then be contacted by a representative from K Concept if further information is required or the order is a special request.
You will not be charged for your order until it has been approved. Once approved you will then receive an email notification or direct contact by a representative your order has been approved and is ready for payment.
For your order to the be fully processed a 50% deposit or full payment must be paid up front. You will then be notified by K Concept we the payment has been received and your order is being processed.
When your order is ready for pickup or delivery you will receive a final payment notice if it has not already been paid for. The
final balance of the order must be then paid in full and an invoice will then be produced for you to collect your order or have it delivered. |

Order cancellation |
|
Each order will be afforded a cooling-off period of 7 days. If you cancel after this cooling-off period as a result of stock not being available immediately and you do not wish to wait for the stock to come within the estimated period we will refund your order in full.
Following the cooling-off period you will be subject to K Concept Terms and Conditions in relation to returns and cancellations. |

Will K Concept provide a delivery price and date estimates? |

Yes, K Concept shall provide to the customer the estimated costs and dates of delivery and will use its best endeavors to maintain such estimates, but shall not be liable to the customer in the event such estimates cannot be maintained.
In the event that an item is not in stock we estimate that order and delivery from the manufacturer will be approximately 5 to 10 weeks. Collection from our KARE + Divani range is directly from Italy and will require manufacturing in accordance with your specifications. This will normally take approximately 8 to 14 weeks.
To help us minimise delivery costs for you, we prefer to deliver orders in full and not individually. If you prefer a separate delivery for each item ordered please specify it when placing an order in the special comments area or contact us directly. |

Do you offer customer pickup? |
|
Yes, but this is only available by appointment to Victorian customers. All goods available for pickup must be paid in full prior to them leaving the warehouse.
If you are collecting your order please ensure you present your invoice to K Concept so there are no delays or complications when collecting your goods. |

Does K Concept offer assembly services for certain Items |
|
Assembly services are available to certain areas at a rate to be provided upon request whereby K Concept will provide you with an estimate based on your order. |

K Concept is currently for Australian customers only but some special conditions may apply. Please contact us and we will direct you to one of our many international partners thatmay be in your region. If we do not have a partner in your region we may be able to help you and facilitate a special order. |
